Viola & The Brakemen blend funky country picking folk rock and shoe gaze storytelling. They draw inspiration from the aurally ambient environment that surrounds their Americana Southwest homes. They have supported touring acts such as the Steep Canyon Rangers, The Steeldrivers, The Railsplitters and Kitchen Dwellers and they have shared the stage with the Infamous Stringdusters, Ricky Skaggs, Sergio Mendoza Y Orkestra, Calexico and the California Honeydrops.
